Property purchased remains the property of Hermitage Antiques until cleared payment has been made in full.

Prices quoted are in Pound Sterling and exclusive of delivery and shipping costs.

Any overseas orders may be subject to additional import duties and taxes which are the obligation of the purchaser.

Every effort is made to accurately measure and describe each stock item. Further imagery and item description is available on request. Due to the nature of antique items they are subject to signs of age and wear. Product imperfections are commonplace and Hermitage Antiques cannot be held liable for these.

Any restoration work or product modification relating to a specific order by a client will require a deposit of 50% before commencement of work.

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless arranged personally between the purchaser and Hermitage Antiques within 48 hours of receipt of goods by the purchaser. The goods must then be returned within an agreed timeframe and all shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. Goods must be returned in the same original condition that they were sold in.

Any fittings that are supplied for hanging or securing an item maybe the original fittings or newly supplied. It is the responsibility of the purchaser with regard to the final secure fixing or hanging of purchased items.
